The hotel is perfect. Very good breakfast included and the reception all friendly especially Ernesto is the best! I would go back to this hotel. The view from terrace is amazing and location is great. I recommend the Room with balcony. Perfect for family.

This hotel went beyond our expectations. Switzerland is expensive, but this hotel was worth it right from The helpful staff at checkin, to the lovely architecture, tasty breakfast and unbelievable view from the balcony. Pay the extra francs to stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely views. Everything you needed was in room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and would definitely recommend it. Unfortunately we didn’t have a renovated room and it was a bit dated but it still had everything we needed. It had a small balcony with a beautiful view. There is a funicular down from the Train Station to near the waterfront which is so useful. Unfortunately we didn’t know that when we arrived and carried our cases down loads of steps! We loved Lugano, it is a beautiful, clean city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti e lo consiglierei a tutti! Tutte le camere hanno un vista eccezionale sul lago. La nostra camera era appena stata ristrutturata, con un buon mix di gusto, raffinatezza e dettagli che rispettano l’edificio storico. Letti e materassi nuovi quindi buona qualità del sonno. Personale molto piacevole e disponibile. Anche la colazione molto buona. Grazie davvero per il magnifico soggiorno! L&C
